Senior Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee program analysis and assessment activities within the acquisition support portfolio.

• Consolidate findings for government leadership.

• Create executive-level status updates, metrics, and briefing documents.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at process improvement and efficiency.

• Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

• Act as the primary analytical liaison across acquisition, financial, and grants functional domains.

• Provide mentorship to mid-level and junior program analysts.

• Conduct quality reviews of analyst deliverables.

• Assist with policy, compliance, and audit-readiness activities from a program analysis viewpoint.

• Represent the program support team during government leadership meetings as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree along with 7–10 years of program analysis or program/business support experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.

• Capability to acquire and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination.

• U.S. citizenship is necessary to fulfill this federal contract.

• Significant experience leading program analysis and assessment efforts for government stakeholders.

• Proven track record of briefing senior government leadership.

• Experience in leading or mentoring analyst-level personnel.

• Background in directly supporting DOI, IBC, or another civilian shared-services program office (preferred).

• Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization/dashboard tools (preferred).

• Possession of a PMP or similar program/project management certification (preferred).
