This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Perform program analysis and evaluations to align with IBC-AQD leadership objectives.
β’ Create status reports, briefing documents, and metrics packages for Government stakeholders.
β’ Facilitate process enhancement and efficiency initiatives within acquisition and program operations.
β’ Aid in the development and upkeep of program documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and tracking tools.
β’ Collaborate with acquisition, financial, and grants personnel to gather cross-functional reports.
β’ Assist with special projects and ad hoc analytical assignments as directed.
β’ A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in program analysis or program/business support, or 8 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
β’ Capability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination.
β’ U.S. citizenship is mandatory to support this federal contract.
β’ Proven expertise in generating program analysis, assessments, or status reports for Government stakeholders.
β’ Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
β’ Experience in supporting process improvement or efficiency initiatives.
β’ Preferred: Experience providing direct support to a DOI bureau, IBC, or other civilian shared-services program office.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization/dashboard tools.
β’ Preferred: PMP or a comparable program/project management certification.
