Mid-Level Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform program analysis and evaluations to align with IBC-AQD leadership objectives.

• Create status reports, briefing documents, and metrics packages for Government stakeholders.

• Facilitate process enhancement and efficiency initiatives within acquisition and program operations.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of program documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and tracking tools.

• Collaborate with acquisition, financial, and grants personnel to gather cross-functional reports.

• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analytical assignments as directed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in program analysis or program/business support, or 8 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory to support this federal contract.

• Proven expertise in generating program analysis, assessments, or status reports for Government stakeholders.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

• Experience in supporting process improvement or efficiency initiatives.

• Preferred: Experience providing direct support to a DOI bureau, IBC, or other civilian shared-services program office.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization/dashboard tools.

• Preferred: PMP or a comparable program/project management certification.
