This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Act as the main liaison for Autodesk's Sales Technology Portfolio.
• Assess the health of the portfolio, its alignment with business goals, and the realization of business value.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology leaders to convert strategies into technology roadmaps and execution plans.
• Maintain oversight of portfolio initiatives, providing status visibility, executive dashboards, and risk assessments.
• Promote continuous improvement across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Lead the integrated delivery of large-scale, multi-track technology programs encompassing CRM, CPQ, Partner Portals, Compensation, Revenue Analytics, and custom applications.
• Work alongside architecture and engineering leads to assess technical designs, dependencies, and integration patterns.
• Ensure program deliverables adhere to quality standards and undergo thorough testing prior to deployment.
• Guide and mentor matrixed Program Managers, Technical Program Managers, platform leads, and third-party implementation partners.
• Identify dependencies, formulate mitigation strategies, and address systemic delivery challenges.
• Over 15 years of progressive project and program management experience overseeing complex enterprise technology programs.
• Demonstrated success in managing Sales/GTM technology portfolios.
• Extensive technical knowledge and practical delivery experience with major packaged enterprise applications, including Salesforce Enterprise, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, SAP, and large-scale eCommerce.
• Experience in custom/homegrown software application development.
• Proficient in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid software delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Capacity to lead and inspire cross-functional teams through indirect authority, matrix management, and technical credibility.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convert complex technical issues into strategic priorities for senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
