Senior Program Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate programmatic and analytical assistance across multiple digital health initiatives simultaneously.

• Plan, facilitate, and guide Communities of Practice and Executive Round Tables.

• Manage agendas, minutes, and track action items to ensure completion.

• Create and perform quality reviews on briefing decks, informational presentations, and analytical products.

• Conduct needs assessments and market research, synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations.

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, resources, and performance metrics, identifying risks and strategies for mitigation.

• Generate and oversee monthly status reports, project dashboards, and completion reports.

• Provide advanced data analytics support and convert data into actionable insights for VA stakeholders.

• Assist with resource planning, lifecycle cost projections, business cases, and return on investment analysis.

• Mentor junior analysts and review their output.

• Act as a liaison for VA senior leaders and facilitate cross-office collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of experience in program analysis, project management, business analysis, or similar programmatic support roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience leading analytical and reporting initiatives across multiple concurrent projects or a portfolio.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong data analysis capabilities with the ability to convert data into insights and recommendations.

• Experience in engaging and briefing senior stakeholders and leadership.

• Background in supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management abilities.

• Capacity to organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with others.

• Proficient in communicating thoughts, ideas, and solutions clearly in both written and oral forms.

• Capability to remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to swiftly receive client feedback and implement changes efficiently.

• Quick to adapt and learn about complex issues.
