Senior Professional Services Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the medical education initiatives for veterinary clinics across six U.S. states within the Salt Lake District on behalf of the organization.

• Travel to specified states to provide in-person educational sessions for veterinary practices and local veterinary associations.

• Ensure the technical expertise of an eight-member sales team based in the assigned states.

• Serve as the technical liaison with all U.S. veterinary colleges located in the designated states through face-to-face meetings.

• Function as the representative for pharmacovigilance, technical marketing, and R&D in the assigned states.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Travel domestically for 70% of the time to Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, New Mexico, and Colorado.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Veterinary Medicine.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in veterinary practice.

• At least four (4) years of experience in small animal clinical practice.

• Two (2) years of experience in the animal health industry.

• Proficiency in presenting technical information to veterinary assistants, alongside boarded specialty veterinarians and groups ranging from 10 to 150 participants.

• Experience in supporting a sales team that offers a comprehensive range of animal health products, including training, medical education delivery, adverse event reporting, and case management assistance.

• Knowledge of project management principles.

• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance or regulatory affairs.

• Background in a corporate animal health setting.

• Must secure a license to practice veterinary medicine in at least one U.S. state within one year of commencing employment.
