This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and execute the Globalize growth strategy's operational delivery, utilizing the comprehensive suite of KWS project management tools.
• Report directly to the Portfolio Director and oversee a portfolio that includes one or multiple strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Directors, Senior Production Manager counterparts, and the Globalize Client Engagement team to formulate strategies and plans aimed at enhancing and sustaining profitability and operational reach.
• Take full responsibility for managing a global client presence and program, proposing and implementing actions to boost revenue and profitability.
• Work alongside Portfolio Directors and the Implementation team to create and execute long-term Localization and QA strategies that align with the company's global objectives.
• Engage in high-level decision-making processes and offer insights on how Localization and QA can aid business growth and market entry.
• Possess a profound understanding of performance metrics and the ability to influence outcomes, showcasing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Manage strategic and complex clients and budgets, including forecasting and financial planning for Localization and QA projects.
• Make significant financial decisions to effectively allocate resources across various projects and regions.
• Lead initiatives aimed at the continuous enhancement of the quality and effectiveness of Localization and QA efforts.
• Address complex issues and crises during Localization and QA projects, including significant quality challenges, vendor failures, and unforeseen market shifts.
• Conduct workflow design and onboarding for Localization and QA services and technology deployments.
• Supervise the production of Localization and QA projects to ensure adherence to timelines.
• Guarantee consistency, accuracy, and excellence across all localized and QA deliverables.
• Assist team members in navigating project uncertainties and resolving issues.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
• Collaborate with HR to plan growth trajectories for team members and provide constructive feedback.
• 6-8 years of prior experience in Audio, Text, LQA, or FQA, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (e.g., in Business Administration, Translation, or a related field).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
• Strong focus on customer-centricity.
• Exceptional team management and organizational abilities.
• Proven experience in delivering standardized work processes along with tactical and operational expertise.
• Development of business processes (recommendations, procedural documents), detailed project plans, and status reporting systems.
• Demonstrated capability to establish strong relationships across all business levels, including senior leadership and executives.
• Initiative and accountability: proactive in identifying opportunities and anticipating changes, with the ability to escalate appropriately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with diverse local and international stakeholders.
• Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in data management, metrics, and performance delivery management.
• High degree of cultural sensitivity, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and business environments.
