Video Content Producer

📋 Description

• Lead the editorial development of all video-based training materials.

• Recruit and collaborate with instructors, speakers, and subject matter experts.

• Oversee the processes of scripting, storyboarding, interview preparation, and post-production.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance the experience for learners.

• Ensure training videos are engaging, practical, visually appealing, and instructionally effective.

• Assist in modernizing and expanding Ragan’s training offerings through innovative video formats and multimedia learning experiences.

• Produce executive interviews, educational explainers, conference highlights, promotional content, social media clips, and thought leadership series.

• Identify timely topics and audience interests that can be transformed into compelling video content.

• Craft narratives that simplify complex communication and leadership topics into engaging visual stories.

• Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, membership, and conference teams to maximize the impact and reach of video assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an editorial role focused on video content.

• Strong editorial instincts and exceptional storytelling capabilities.

• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Experience in conference or event video production.

• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

• Experience in journalism or social media marketing is a plus.

• Background in Communications, Marketing, or HR is beneficial.

• Familiarity with instructional or professional development content.

• Understanding of video analytics and content performance metrics.

• Proficiency with video editing tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
