Senior Production Designer – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create exceptional marketing and production design assets;

• Collaborate effectively with designers, strategists, writers, and producers;

• Adhere to established design systems and brand guidelines;

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude and others) to enhance creative processes;

• Deliver production-ready materials with remarkable attention to detail;

• Engage in creative reviews and iterations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Senior Production Design;

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop);

• Familiarity with Figma;

• Experience incorporating Claude and AI tools into professional workflows;

• Bonus: Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and After Effects;

• Understanding of motion graphics;

• Background in agency settings;

• Experience with AI experimentation in creative settings.
