Senior Product UX Designer, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Familiarize yourself with the vision and user personas.

• Evaluate the current live version and pinpoint UX deficiencies.

• Create the essential workflows: campaign brief intake (chat-based), agent-assisted enrichment, image generation and iteration flow, approvals, and more.

• Establish a well-defined information architecture encompassing client, brand, product, campaign, and asset entities.

• Generate production-ready Figma flows, components, and a compact design system that aligns with our existing technology stack.

• Collaborate closely with the founding partner, head of product, engineering, and AI agent developers; prioritize lightweight specifications over polished presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in designing complex B2B / enterprise SaaS products that are actively utilized by paying customers.

• Proven experience with relevant products: marketing platforms, ad operations, machine learning/AI tools, agentic user experiences, or large-scale internal tools.

• Proficient in designing for AI/generative or human-in-the-loop systems: prompt user experience, iteration loops, agent character.

• Strong systems thinking skills: tenants, permissions, configurability, versioning, and status models.

• Proficient in Figma, capable of producing development-ready specifications without needing a separate UI designer.

• Exceptional written English skills and able to overlap with at least 4 hours/day in CET.

• Self-motivated; comfortable starting from a working prototype and a rough backlog.

• Preferred: Experience within a creative agency, production studio, or brand-side marketing technology.

• Background in design tools, 3D/CGI pipelines, or generative media.

• Previous contract experience with enterprise clients (Fortune 500, automotive, FMCG, fashion).
