Senior Product UX Designer – B2C Webshop (Hospitality)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the UX conception and the final UI design of essential end-to-end flows in our B2C webshop.

• You will create user-centered, conversion-driven concepts and independently transform them into high-quality, implementation-ready designs.

• You will proactively initiate and lead shaping processes, clarifying goals, scope, and solution strategies, while ensuring decision-readiness prior to implementation.

• You will take on subject-matter responsibility for UX projects, being accountable for quality, decisions, and results.

• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure accurate and complete implementation of designs.

• You will utilize tests, data, and user feedback to validate and iteratively enhance designs.

• You will establish UX standards, design principles, and reusable patterns that enhance quality and efficiency over the long term.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior UX or Product UX Designer with comprehensive end-to-end responsibility for digital products, preferably in B2C, e-commerce, or webshop settings.

• Proven track record of independently leading UX projects from analysis through conception and testing to final design.

• Exceptional skills in producing final designs, including interaction details, states, and edge cases.

• Experience in subject-matter leadership of cross-functional projects.

• Proficient use of UX methods such as testing, interviews, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

• Clarity in communication, prioritization, and expectation management.

• A passion for taking responsibility and fostering sustainable UX development within the organization.

• Fluency in both German and English.
