Senior Product UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to transform intricate challenges into straightforward, elegant, and user-friendly solutions.

• Your contributions will include product discovery, user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI, while ensuring that design choices align with our brand, design system, and technical limitations.

• You will enhance and develop our design system, which encompasses tokens, components, layout guidelines, documentation, and scalable patterns.

• A solid understanding of how design systems function in both Figma and code is essential, along with the ability to work alongside engineers on implementation specifics, component behavior, accessibility states, and front-end viability.

• We are seeking an individual who is proficient in AI-assisted design workflows. This includes not only utilizing AI tools but also guiding, assessing, and refining their outputs with strong design judgment. Familiarity with tools such as Figma AI/MCP, Cursor, Claude, Codex, or similar AI-driven coding and design workflows is a significant advantage.

• You should possess a curiosity about how AI can enhance design processes while upholding quality and brand consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience designing polished interfaces for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, data, analytics, developer tools, or B2B technical products.

• You exhibit strong visual design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to articulate design decisions clearly, including typography, spacing, color, hierarchy, interaction states, and accessibility choices.

• You approach design with a systems mindset rather than viewing screens in isolation, understanding how to utilize design tokens, reusable components, documentation, and product patterns at scale.

• You are collaborative, pragmatic, and adept at balancing user needs, business objectives, brand integrity, and technical constraints.
