This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Lead the introduction and expansion of AbbVie’s solid tumour product by collaborating with hospital teams and implementing territory strategies.
• Establish robust relationships with healthcare professionals to facilitate patient access to treatment and ensure the proper use of the product.
• Create and execute territory and strategic account plans that align with launch goals and brand strategy.
• Meet sales objectives and performance KPIs within the designated region.
• Recognize growth opportunities by analyzing treatment pathways, stakeholder influences, and market trends.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and analytics to improve customer engagement, optimize territory planning, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related discipline (minimum requirement).
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, preferably in hospital, specialist, or account-based roles.
• Experience in oncology is highly preferred, with specific emphasis on solid tumours and/or exposure to gynaecological oncology viewed as a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated commercial experience with a history of meeting sales targets, ideally within a launch or growth-phase context.
• Valid driving license and authorization to work in Ireland.
