This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.
• Propel growth within the integrated downstream workflow portfolio, emphasizing bioprocess chromatography, buffer outsourcing, and the supply of production chemicals and services.
• Establish and meet business objectives across biotech and biopharma downstream development and manufacturing sectors.
• Influence the assessment and application of bioprocess chromatography resins and purification platforms.
• Collaborate with downstream process development, MSAT, and manufacturing teams to refine purification workflows and consumables.
• Partner with Bioproduction Account Managers to promote solutions to procurement and supply chain stakeholders.
• Identify customer needs and present purification products, buffer supply solutions, and accompanying services.
• Assist customer evaluations through technical insights, sample coordination, presentations, process walkthroughs, and discussions on workflow optimization.
• Formulate and execute strategic account and territory plans.
• Deliver forecasting, pipeline management, lost order reporting, and competitive intelligence utilizing Salesforce.
• A Master's Degree combined with 5 years of technical sales experience in bioproduction, bioprocess chromatography, or a related area.
• Preferred educational backgrounds include Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a similar scientific field.
• Solid technical knowledge of biopharmaceutical workflows, particularly in downstream processing.
• In-depth understanding of chromatography principles, bioprocess resins, buffers, and quality standards.
• Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets in the bioproduction technical sales arena.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for engaging technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Successful experience in consultative, value-driven selling of long-term solutions.
• Robust project management and organizational skills.
• Established relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Capability to work efficiently within a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Business-fluent English is essential; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
• Experience in presenting at scientific conferences and trade exhibitions.
