Senior Product Owner – Tax One

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Centralize the planning and oversight of deliveries in collaboration with Product Owners and Technology teams.

• Manage the roadmap while facilitating the capture, consolidation, and prioritization of requests.

• Monitor the progress of planned versus actual outcomes, ensuring visibility into risks, dependencies, and commitments.

• Gather and analyze metrics, data, and user feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Serve as the main communication point between clients, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other partner areas.

• Ensure alignment among multidisciplinary teams to achieve deadlines, quality standards, and business objectives.

• Lead executive reporting and consistently track the initiatives under your purview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Program Management, or technology project management.

• Proven experience in managing roadmaps, backlogs, and multiple delivery streams.

• Strong skills in planning, organization, and execution tracking.

• Excellent communication abilities and experience in building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Comfortable working across both technical and business domains.

• Highly autonomous, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and minimal need for follow-up.
