β’ Take ownership, maintain, and prioritize the evolving roadmap and backlog for the RGS platform layer, encompassing core server-side services, session/reporting infrastructure, performance, scalability, and technical debt.
β’ Lead the roadmap for framework-level gamification tools (tournaments, jackpots, free-round, and bonusing) across various games, collaborating with products (Fuze, Hub, PAM) to enhance engagement and achieve business objectives.
β’ Drive product decisions to effectively integrate the RGS with Bragg's Hub and Aggregation products, optimizing onboarding processes, APIs, and reporting/data integration.

β’ Act as the primary liaison, translating business, regulatory, and integration needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while balancing trade-offs among Commercial, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering.
β’ Prioritize backlog value in conjunction with the VP of Delivery and lead key Agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint/PI planning, reviews) with the Content RGS engineering team.
β’ Define and monitor key platform metrics, such as release cadence, integration lead times, compliance configuration turnaround, and defect escape rates.
β’ Collaborate with QA and Compliance to ensure platform features and regulatory settings are thoroughly certified and ready for deployment ahead of schedules.
β’ Provide clear visibility into the roadmap and status updates to Commercial, Business Development, and executive leadership.
β’ Continuously coordinate with Studio Product Owners to ensure alignment between platform-level and game-level roadmaps while avoiding overlapping ownership.

β’ Demonstrated expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, comfortable working alongside engineering teams on API-driven platform products and participating in architectural discussions.
β’ Proven ability to integrate Generative AI into engineering workflows to accelerate debugging, automate routine coding tasks, and enhance architecture design and problem-solving.
β’ Familiarity with Remote Game Server architecture, session handling, reporting, and aggregation/hub models (nice-to-haves).
β’ Strong understanding of game design or game math principles (nice-to-haves).
β’ Experience utilizing advanced analytical frameworks to navigate complex architectural and commercial trade-offs (nice-to-haves).
β’ Flexible work schedule with the ability to arrange time off around project commitments.
β’ Enhance your professional growth through targeted upskilling, leadership academies, and engaging knowledge-sharing events.
β’ Join an international team with skilled colleagues across four continents.
