Senior Product Owner – Forward Deployed Executive, AI Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Establish the value proposition, positioning, and reusable resources for your designated Program (Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation) or individual Blueprint; ensure alignment between sales and delivery.

• Create business cases (market fit, ROI, competitive positioning) and convert them into scoped Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Conduct market/use-case validation, workshops, and user research; transform insights into demonstrations and initial deployments.

• Implement Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC with Claude Code, or Blueprint Activation using real client data; facilitate rapid prototyping from use case to context to outcome.

• Utilize Provectus’ delivery stack: Claude Code, AWOS, MCP servers, Skills, and plugins. Manage Cowork Activation as a distinct, parallel client-facing initiative.

• Articulate the solution vision and roadmap for GenAI/agentic engagements, RAG, and agentic workflows.

• Decompose complex tasks into incremental releases; balance delivery with technical debt and architecture considerations.

• Adopt the Sprint-Enable-Realize engagement model.

• Oversee Agile execution - backlog management, sprint planning, and release processes.

• Contribute to Provectus' measurement framework that generates the board-level AI Maturity Index, ROI readings, and cost signals from the Agentic SDLC program.

• Establish success metrics and analytics; promote continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.

• Assist with change management, enablement, and reusable playbooks to ensure consistent wins across accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive domain knowledge in Financial Services & Insurance and/or Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS), preferably in a client-facing or consulting role.

• Demonstrated capacity to lead or significantly contribute to one of Provectus' Programs or Blueprints (from inception to scaling) and achieve real client delivery.

• Proven experience working in forward-deployed/embedded roles with clients (FDE or FDX), including hands-on prototyping.

• 5-7+ years of experience in solution/product ownership or delivery leadership; 3-5+ years in AI/ML, GenAI, agentic systems, or data platforms.

• Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies; knowledge of outcome-based, milestone-priced engagements.

• Proficient in English.

• A hands-on software engineering background is not strictly necessary. However, working knowledge of Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, as well as building skills, workflows, and productivity tools for yourself or your team; familiarity with MCP integrations, connectors, and custom harnesses is essential.

• Understanding of GenAI/agentic patterns: familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and agent frameworks – sufficient to evaluate quality, challenge assumptions, and communicate effectively with client stakeholders.

• Knowledge of data fundamentals: understanding ETL/ELT, data modeling, and governance in an enterprise context – enough to scope integration tasks and identify data readiness risks.

• Experience with Cloud & AI infrastructure: familiarity with AWS as the primary platform; understanding of MLOps and AI observability – well enough to ask pertinent questions and recognize trade-offs.

• Proficient in design thinking, data-driven decision-making, effective communication, and executive storytelling.

• Proactive mindset; thrives in uncertain situations with structured problem-solving skills.

• Sufficient engineering empathy to establish credibility with senior engineers and architects from day one.

• A secondary focus area beyond your primary FSI/HCLS expertise is a plus. (Nice to Have)

• Previous experience in a Premier AWS or Anthropic partner environment is a plus. (Nice to Have)

• Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (CCA-F), Seller, Developer certification, or a commitment to complete one promptly is preferred. (Nice to Have)

• Relevant certifications: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, AWS/Azure/GCP. (Nice to Have)
