This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take ownership of the complete product vision, scope, and roadmap for MyIngredion and the Digital Helpdesk as unified global digital platforms.
• Lead the investment strategy to facilitate operation, maintenance, and expansion of the platform as part of the Ingredion digital ecosystem.
• Act as the sole owner of the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, technical enablers, and defects based on business value, customer impact, scalability, and risk.
• Ensure ongoing platform maintenance and operational continuity, which includes monitoring platform health, usage, and performance.
• Address defects, technical debt, and operational gaps as they arise.
• Serve as interim owner when regional Product Owner or Business Ownership roles are vacant.
• Step in to assist regions when there are gaps in capability, capacity, or ownership, ensuring continuity in delivery, decision-making, and compliance with global standards.
• Design and establish the operational framework necessary for execution, which includes clear RACI and ownership models.
• Implement repeatable intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Develop scalable working methods that regions can adopt and maintain.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and vendors in an agile framework, providing support for sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, UAT readiness, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Exercise product governance and decision-making authority, including scope trade-offs, sequencing, prioritization, and escalation within Steering and Operating Committee forums.
• Promote adoption, training, and change enablement, ensuring regions are prepared not only to launch but also to operate and continuously enhance the platform.
• Define, monitor, and act upon product KPIs (e.g., adoption, CSAT, ticket deflection, resolution efficiency), using insights to drive ongoing optimization.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Digital Platform positions, preferably in enterprise or B2B contexts.
• Proven experience managing customer-facing digital platforms (e.g., portals, service platforms, SaaS-like solutions).
• Strong knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar), including backlog ownership and prioritization.
• Established ability to influence global, cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating with technology, UX, analytics, and external vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions.
