This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Responsible for defining standards and managing the backlog for CX-driven initiatives, collaborating with current domain Product Owners and Engineering for effective delivery sequencing and promoting the necessity for reusability.
• Contribute to the strategic roadmap for CX by balancing specific client needs with the broader objective of product standardization.
• Spearhead the development and refinement of technical tickets and user stories.
• Serve as the main liaison between UX designers and technical teams.
• Direct delivery within internal Agile or Scrum and Kanban frameworks while effortlessly adapting to the various working models required by external clients.
• Identify opportunities to transform custom client requests into standardized product features, thus minimizing technical debt and enhancing the speed of CX deployments.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering, QA, and UX teams to guarantee that the final product satisfies the high performance and usability standards of the Ascendon platform.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, with a focus on digitally driven front-end experiences across native mobile and web platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, SaaS-based architectures.
• While coding is not required, a comprehension of how APIs, data structures, and front-end frameworks affect user experience is essential.
• Extensive familiarity with UX best practices and a strong passion for crafting intuitive, seamless customer journeys.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across various delivery methodologies concurrently.
• Exceptional skill in translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in the Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ADO (Azure DevOps), Jira, Confluence, and design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
