Senior Product Owner, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of configuration specialists to ensure that vended solutions align with organizational needs

• Work together with cross-functional teams to facilitate coordinated and successful product launches

• Identify and collect requirements for product development and delivery

• Create value for both customers and the organization while minimizing risks

• Test hypotheses continuously during the discovery phase of products and features

• Connect intricate medical requirements with technology to create impactful clinical solutions

• Optimize clinical workflows and improve patient care

• Report to the Associate Director of Product Management

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare

• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner

• More than 2 years of experience in Primary Care

• At least 1 year of experience with Athena

• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the United States

• Reliable home internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information
