This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and assessment of SOAR, CPCQC’s key initiative focused on reducing primary cesarean deliveries.
• Assist in planning and co-facilitating monthly initiative and steering committee meetings.
• Oversee initiative calendars, work plans, grant deliverables, deadlines, enrollment cycles, and educational opportunities.
• Maintain tracking of hospital engagement and documentation related to the initiative.
• Direct annual initiative planning and strategy, which includes developing logic models and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Revise program materials like toolkits, checklists, and informational one-pagers.
• Organize outreach, recruitment, and cohort onboarding in collaboration with the Communications team.
• Monitor and communicate program budgets, spend-down strategies, and reimbursement processes.
• Supervise initiative deliverables and work with Quality Improvement Advisors and the Data team on quality data management.
• Encourage timely and accurate submission of hospital data using tools such as REDCap.
• Analyze dashboards and data visualizations to identify any data gaps.
• Integrate data and findings into quarterly and annual grant reports.
• Contribute to grant reporting, ensuring contract compliance, and addressing funder requests.
• Enhance discussions around health equity, data analysis, and outcome objectives.
• Facilitate weekly internal initiative meetings and monitor follow-up tasks using Asana.
• Coordinate educational and training offerings, including continuing education logistics, evaluation, and materials.
• Engage in QI, all-team, data-team, and Program Manager meetings.
• Act as a representative of CPCQC with external partners, networks, committees, and workgroups.
• Communicate CPCQC goals and initiative results to hospitals, partners, and the wider community.
• Collaborate on quality improvement publications, presentations, journal articles, newsletters, social media, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Present at conferences throughout Colorado and potentially at a national level.
• 2–5 years of progressive leadership experience in the nonprofit or healthcare sector.
• Preferred experience in maternal and child health initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinically relevant field, public health, healthcare management, or a related discipline is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience working directly with healthcare providers and hospital systems on community health initiatives.
• Willingness to travel across the state for hospital visits and trainings several times each year.
• Strong commitment to promoting diversity and equity in the workplace.
• Demonstrated operational leadership capabilities, including project management, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication abilities.
• Relationship-building aptitude to engage effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Asana, REDCap, shared dashboards, and Google Workspace.
• Candidates located outside Colorado must agree to relocate within 6 months of hiring at their own expense.
