Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

• Translate business needs into clear initiatives, features, and deliverables for the team.

• Utilize data, metrics, and analyses to support decision-making and identify opportunities.

• Articulate and align expectations with stakeholders from various areas and levels.

• Collaborate closely with technology, design, data, operations, and business teams.

• Monitor deliveries, eliminate obstacles, and drive the continuous evolution of the product.

• Suggest improvements, challenge existing approaches, and adapt strategies based on changing circumstances.

• Solid experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in similar roles.

• Strong analytical skills and evidence-based decision-making capabilities.

• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with backlog management, prioritization, roadmaps, and agile methodologies.

• A self-sufficient, proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments.

• Ability to mobilize teams and stakeholders around common objectives.
