Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of established product strategies, ensuring that all development efforts align with the overall product vision.

• Serve as a secondary contact for customers, promoting effective communication and guaranteeing their requirements are represented in product outcomes.

• Advocate for product launches to both customers and internal support/delivery teams.

• Ensure that product releases meet their intended objectives and that features effectively satisfy customer demands.

• Convert roadmap features into clearly articulated requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for testing.

• Proactively address any obstacles that could hinder the timely achievement of release or sprint targets.

• Collaborate closely with scrum and development teams to ensure that all development goals are accomplished.

• Direct the design process for product functionality, leveraging a deep understanding of user and client requirements.

• Conduct product demonstrations for both internal and external stakeholders, while also creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the software industry.

• More than 3 years specifically in a Product Management or Product Owner capacity.

• Demonstrated experience operating within a SaaS (Software as a Service) framework.

• Thorough understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a strong grasp of Agile methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.

• Established history of executing defined product strategies by converting market demands into actionable development tasks, from concept through to implementation.

• Significant experience in refining epics, defining user stories, and managing the prioritization of a team backlog.

• A customer-centric approach with a successful history of collaborating closely with clients to deliver high-value solutions promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline.
