📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to deliver key features from the product roadmap that align with the product vision and organizational goals.

• Support the formulation of sprint and deployment strategies that correspond to our product’s go-to-market approach, defining feature releases that provide value to our customers.

• Partner with Product Manager(s) to collect and analyze data on product usage and user behavior, aiding in the prioritization of features.

• Work alongside the team to identify and implement opportunities for ongoing improvement of team dynamics, satisfaction, and performance within a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Facilitation (Scrum Master experience is a plus): This skill is crucial for the daily operations of the development team, including leading sprint ceremonies such as planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives, all of which are integral to delivery.

• Collaboration and Coordination: This role explicitly involves working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders, which is essential to daily execution.

• Engaging with Technical Team Members: This is a primary responsibility for a Product Owner, as they must liaise directly with engineers to ensure user stories are correctly understood and implemented.

• Engaging with Stakeholders: The Product Owner serves as a bridge, ensuring that stakeholders' requirements are communicated and integrated into the development process.

• SQL Skills: These competencies are often utilized for data analysis to comprehend product usage, which directly influences backlog prioritization and assists a Product Owner in determining the next features to build for maximum value.

• Production Support: This entails collaborating with the team to resolve issues that occur post-product release, a crucial aspect of the execution phase.

• Technical Knowledge (AWS, Project Technology Stack): A strong grasp of the technology stack is vital for effective communication with the engineering team and for making informed decisions during the development process.
