This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Responsible for product management in billing & ERP
β’ Ownership of the functional modules for contracts, accounting, time tracking, and bookkeeping within our custom-developed software solution
β’ Evaluation and advancement of operational processes and standards with a focus on billing and contract management
β’ Identification of potential improvements and translation into effective product requirements
β’ Requirements gathering, implementation & rollout
β’ Analysis of functional requirements and conversion into clear user stories and tickets
β’ Close collaboration with the development team during the implementation process
β’ Hands-on support throughout the development cycle, including QA and release
β’ Assistance with data migrations and support during rollouts
β’ Close cooperation with relevant stakeholders in management, our subsidiaries for gathering functional requirements and operational needs, the development team for implementation, testing, and further development, as well as with internal and external partners, such as the data warehouse team.
β’ Proven professional experience in product management, preferably with a focus on accounting, ERP, billing, or comparable B2B software solutions
β’ Strong willingness to take ownership of complex functional modules and actively participate in the development process
β’ Experience in translating functional requirements into actionable user stories, tickets, and product enhancements
β’ Technical expertise in data migration, data analysis, and software development
β’ High degree of personal responsibility, organizational strength, and a pronounced ownership mindset
β’ Excellent proficiency in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 20%)
β’ 30 days of annual vacation
β’ Half a day off on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve
