• Take charge of product positioning and go-to-market strategy by developing and executing a comprehensive GTM strategy for Rocket Pro's technology solutions, which includes packaging, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across Product and Business to align on strategy, priorities, and market narrative, while maintaining engagement and credibility at the executive level.
• Design tiered product packaging that establishes clear, scalable solution tiers tailored to broker needs and maturity levels.
• Perform market and competitive analysis to investigate market trends, competitive positioning, and broker ecosystem needs to inform strategy and messaging.
• Activate key partnerships by spearheading go-to-market execution for strategic collaborations (e.g., Jupiter, ARIVE) to enhance adoption and market visibility.
• Set performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and deliver data-driven insights for ongoing improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Business, and Integrated Marketing Communications teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and a consistent market narrative.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or technology go-to-market strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent competency).
• Demonstrated proficiency in product positioning, competitive analysis, and the development of go-to-market strategies.
• Proven capability to convert complex technical solutions into engaging market narratives.
• Established history of effective partnership with product, sales, and executive leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or B2B SaaS environments (preferred).
• Expertise in market research, competitive intelligence, and positioning frameworks (preferred).
• Background in managing cross-functional partnerships and influencing without direct authority (preferred).
• Familiarity with broker and partner ecosystems and channel marketing strategies (preferred).
