• Act as the subject matter authority for the Aesthetics segment, cultivating a thorough understanding of buyer personas, various practice types, workflows, challenges, and value drivers.
• Take ownership of Aesthetics-specific positioning and messaging, ensuring that the commercial narrative utilized by Sales accurately reflects buyer needs, outcomes, and proof points.
• Collaborate with product-focused Product Marketing Managers and the Product team to guarantee that Aesthetics segment considerations are effectively represented in product positioning, launches, and enablement efforts.
• Provide Product Marketing inputs for designated launches, ensuring segment readiness through comprehensive, timely deliverables that align with the standard GTM process and Internal Enablement Briefs (IEBs).
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Learning & Development to create and sustain high-quality Aesthetics enablement, which includes core messaging, talk tracks, proof points, and buyer-centric materials.
• Manage win/loss insights for the Aesthetics segment, contributing to a standardized win/loss process and leveraging insights to enhance messaging and enablement effectiveness continuously.
• Participate in enablement audits to identify outdated assets, critical gaps, and opportunities to streamline and strengthen Aesthetics sales materials.
• Keep an eye on market and competitive trends affecting Aesthetics practices, bringing forth insights that inform positioning, enablement, and commercial strategy.
• Assist in strategic market initiatives (e.g., flagship events, seasonal messaging refreshes) by ensuring that Aesthetics narratives are prominently represented and aligned.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned based on business requirements.
• Minimum of 3 years of product marketing experience.
• Experience in a SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written communication abilities, with the skill to create engaging messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation capabilities, comfortable presenting to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in close partnership with Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
