This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create and uphold a product taxonomy that categorizes new products, capabilities, and expansions based on risk and opportunity.
β’ Utilize tiering to determine launch governance levels, ranging from a light working group for smaller items to full executive engagement for significant launches.
β’ Oversee the entire launch process: strategy and planning, business case development and goal setting, GTM readiness and beta, general availability, post-launch through a 100-day evaluation, and transition into steady-state operations.
β’ Collaboratively establish product delivery and go-to-market objectives with the Product team for each launch.
β’ Create a daily and weekly measurement routine that ensures accountability for Product and GTM following the launch.
β’ Develop and sustain pricing and packaging that aligns with each launch tier.
β’ Design bundling and expansion pathways that consider account fit, buying group economics, and competitive positioning.
β’ Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Finance to ensure pricing is accurately reflected in contracts and quotes.
β’ Create and maintain deal support materials that encompass product rationale, market timing, competitive differentiation, and pricing.
β’ Provide a completed commercial narrative to GTM Enablement for each launch to aid in representative training and coaching.
β’ Convert account growth opportunities into priced, packaged offers for current clients.
β’ Collaborate across Product Management, Data & Analytics, Sales, Client Experience, Revenue Operations, Finance, and executive leadership.
β’ 6-8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or commercialization within B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience in taking products from pilot to general availability.
β’ Proven ability to lead launches of varying scales and complexities, from minor initiatives to major cross-functional projects involving senior leadership, with comfort in briefing executives directly.
β’ Experience in identifying the appropriate buyer cohorts and go-to-market strategies for specific releases, launches, or features.
β’ Familiarity with packaging or bundling models.
β’ Experience with pricing input and analysis.
β’ Strong collaborative experience with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance regarding quoting, deal structure, and commercial approvals.
β’ Experience working with enablement or training teams to translate strategy into field-ready programs.
β’ Preferred: Background in B2B fintech, financial services SaaS, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
β’ Preferred: Experience in packaging across a multi-product portfolio, including offerings that monetize based on usage or data volume rather than seats or features.
β’ Preferred: Working knowledge of CPQ systems, Salesforce, and deal desk workflows.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with account scoring or expansion-signal models, and the ability to build reusable commercial content templates that can scale across products.
