This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define and Implement the Market Narrative
• Create distinctive positioning and messaging that effectively conveys the value of Workiva’s Sustainability Management solutions
• Determine how we engage with sustainability, finance, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders, converting complex regulatory, data, and reporting challenges into clear business benefits
• Transform platform capabilities, including AI-driven innovations, into persuasive narratives that resonate throughout campaigns, content, events, and sales discussions
• Bring to life Workiva’s perspective on sustainability management, integrated reporting, ESG data governance, and readiness for regulatory disclosures across various marketing channels
• Collaborate with Product Management to grasp roadmap priorities and convert capabilities into market-ready messaging, launch strategies, and enablement
• Oversee key launches, campaigns, enablement, and market insights that reinforce Workiva’s position in sustainability
• Equip Sales with tools, narratives, and insights that enhance pipeline acceleration, improve buyer engagement, and boost win rates
• Assess the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives, leveraging insights to refine future launches, campaigns, and enablement
• Over 6 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or similar B2B SaaS marketing positions
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, communications, sustainability, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience in developing positioning, messaging, launch strategies, sales enablement, and go-to-market programs for enterprise software solutions
• Preferred experience in sustainability, ESG, climate, risk, compliance, regulatory reporting, or financial reporting
• Capability to convert complex regulatory, data, workflow, and AI-driven innovations into compelling, differentiated value
• Proven ability to enhance pipeline, adoption, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness through go-to-market strategies and enablement
• Strong collaborator with the capacity to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams
• Deep understanding of enterprise buyers and the ability to transform customer and market insights into competitive advantages
• Ability to comprehend and articulate how AI-enabled features provide customer value in sustainability management workflows
