Growth Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Consolidate insights from user research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a prioritized hypothesis backlog.

• Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products lacking an established playbook.

• Take ownership of messaging throughout GTM campaigns.

• Formulate a channel strategy for new products supported by evidence (product-channel fit).

• Construct growth models, test them rapidly, and evaluate results.

• Conduct cross-sell experiments targeting the existing customer base.

• Design and implement experiments across paid, organic, community, and product channels, both independently and with assistance.

• Collaborate across functions with product, data, and marketing teams to transition experiments from hypothesis to live deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or a combination of both, with experience in developer tools.

• Proven history in growth experimentation and essential product marketing: research, messaging, ideal customer profile (ICP), GTM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Experience in attracting new developer audiences.

• Familiarity with self-service or product-led growth (PLG) models: activation funnels, conversion optimization, and in-app messaging.

• Proficient in extracting insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data.

• Strong project management abilities, capable of advancing cross-functional initiatives.

• Self-motivated individual who excels in dynamic environments.

• Background in a startup setting where you managed projects from inception to completion.
