This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Own the vision, strategy, and comprehensive roadmap for a growth marketing platform that encompasses agentic CRM, marketer tools, and cohesive orchestration and measurement.
• Convert marketer requirements into robust platform functionalities, including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, experimentation, governance, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and ML teams to design and deliver AI- and agentic-driven features that streamline planning, targeting, creative processes, and real-time optimization, all while ensuring the appropriate safety measures and guardrails are in place.
• Establish clear KPIs for marketing efficiency and ROI; implement dependable analytics and data quality measures, and spearhead experimentation frameworks (A/B and multivariate) that enhance decision-making at scale.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration involving Marketing, Data Science/ML, Engineering, Design, Privacy/Legal, and Finance—aligning priorities, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.
• Foster adoption and facilitate change management through documentation, enablement, and training, empowering marketers to operate swiftly and confidently on a unified, scalable platform.
• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on delivering platform or MarTech/CRM/growth marketing products from inception to completion.
• A proven history of defining strategy, establishing roadmaps, and launching intricate, cross-functional products alongside Engineering and Data Science/ML teams.
• Practical expertise in data-driven decision-making, including designing and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) and proficiency with SQL or product analytics tools.
• Experience collaborating directly with Marketing stakeholders to create tools that enhance campaign performance, improve workflow efficiency, and facilitate measurement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with a demonstrated capacity to align senior stakeholders and provide clarity through PRDs, strategy documents, and roadmaps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
