This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for Drake Software products.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and provide strategic updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Become the internal product authority within the marketing team, acquiring in-depth knowledge of Drake’s solutions and translating intricate features into clear, compelling value propositions for tax and accounting professionals.
• Plan and carry out product launches and marketing campaigns that enhance awareness, promote adoption, and foster customer loyalty across the Drake portfolio.
• Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to guide positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies.
• Supervise the production of high-quality marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations, to bolster sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to create tools, training materials, and resources that effectively convey product value and meet customer needs.
• Identify and seize opportunities to enhance conversion and upsell rates across digital channels, product experiences, and sales resources.
• Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, aligned priorities, and impactful customer experiences.
• Establish key success metrics, analyze performance data, and leverage insights to refine future strategies and enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus).
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B or SaaS product marketing, preferably in software, fintech, or professional services.
• Demonstrated success in driving product launches and go-to-market strategies within a B2B SaaS context.
• Excellent communicator and storyteller with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proficient in analyzing data, market insights, and competitive trends to inform strategic decisions.
• A collaborative team player who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with the tax or accounting software industry is advantageous.
