This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Spearhead and implement global product marketing strategies across various markets and communication platforms.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle of intricate marketing initiatives — from strategic planning and message formulation to launch and post-campaign evaluation.
• Create and execute product positioning, messaging frameworks, communication strategies, unique selling propositions (USP), and points of competitive differentiation that align with business objectives.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and campaign-specific communication plans that outline priorities, objectives, key messages, target regions, and communication channels.
• Establish and uphold product positioning, target audience profiles, consumer insights, competitive differentiators, and essential messaging.
• Assist with go-to-market launches, strategic business initiatives, and product expansion efforts.
• Organize and implement integrated product marketing campaigns in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Create and oversee the development of marketing and sales collateral, such as product presentations, commercial proposals, one-pagers, key visuals, banners, landing pages, case studies, and other materials.
• Engage in the production and coordination of video content that supports product promotion.
• Work closely with teams from Product, Sales, BizDev, Brand Marketing, PR, Design, Content, Digital, and Regional Marketing.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts related to exhibitions, sponsorships, industry events, and award submissions.
• Track marketing performance metrics and KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and initiate optimization efforts.
• Continually assess competitors, market trends, customer insights, and industry advancements.
• Assist with budget planning, allocation, and optimization activities.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and alignment of stakeholder communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Management, Strategic Marketing, or similar roles.
• More than 3 years of experience in B2B tech product marketing across various communication channels.
• Proven project management skills with experience in leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong grasp of product positioning, communication strategy, go-to-market approaches, and integrated marketing.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in fast-paced international settings.
• Excellent strategic thinking coupled with practical execution abilities.
• Exceptional prioritization, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude, high sense of ownership, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficient in English — Advanced level.
• Proficient in Russian — Advanced level.
