This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and enhance Runpod's core positioning, messaging hierarchy, and value propositions across all product lines and customer interaction points.
• Take ownership of product line PMM, including updates to positioning, feature launches, and ongoing messaging that aligns with the core framework.
• Collaborate with brand and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels (web, documentation, sales, community).
• Manage competitive intelligence: monitor the neocloud market landscape, synthesize insights, and convert them into actionable battlecards, go-to-market strategies, and content.
• Execute a structured win/loss program, identify trends, and relay findings back into product, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
• Lead go-to-market execution for product launches, fostering cross-functional alignment among product, marketing, and sales for coordinated, impactful releases.
• Oversee campaign brief execution: create and maintain briefs across key go-to-market motions in collaboration with demand generation and content teams.
• Manage the sales enablement process: keep battlecards, objection handling documents, one-pagers, and sales decks up-to-date as the competitive landscape and product offerings evolve.
• Develop long-form technical content that educates prospects and accelerates purchasing decisions, including comparison guides, technical explainers, ROI frameworks, use case deep-dives, architecture guides, and competitive analyses.
• Contribute to the SEO/GEO and inbound content strategy in partnership with the content team, focusing on competitive and product line topics.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for competitive monitoring, brief generation, and content production that enhance output scalability.
• Conduct customer research (interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis) to gain insight into buyer motivations, decision criteria, pain points, and objections.
• Synthesize product usage data, customer feedback, and market signals to guide messaging, content strategy, and product prioritization.
• Act as the voice of the customer in internal strategy discussions, ensuring that go-to-market and content decisions are rooted in genuine customer needs and market dynamics.
• A minimum of 7 years of product marketing experience in technical B2B or developer-oriented companies.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, long-form technical content that educates both technical and business audiences, drives conversions, and influences the sales pipeline.
• Strong technical fluency: ability to grasp complex technical concepts (GPU infrastructure, AI/ML workflows, cloud economics, distributed systems, serverless architecture) and articulate them in clear, accessible narratives.
• Excellent writing skills and storytelling capability: confident in producing polished, engaging content with minimal editing, making technical subjects relatable.
• Expertise in SEO and inbound marketing: proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, content structuring for search, and creating content that ranks and converts.
• Proven experience in utilizing AI tools to scale content production, research, analysis, and workflows while maintaining quality and authentic voice.
• Ability to function in a lean model: resourceful, efficient, and adaptable in wearing multiple hats to achieve objectives without a large team.
• In-depth knowledge of product-led growth and sales-assist strategies, ideally with experience in scaling a company from PLG to larger deals.
• A strong track record of generating revenue impact through positioning, messaging, content creation, launches, and sales enablement in competitive, fast-paced markets.
• Data-driven decision-making: adept at using metrics (engagement, conversion, pipeline influence, organic traffic, win rate, CAC:LTV) to shape strategy and evaluate content and go-to-market effectiveness.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and execution skills: capable of diagnosing go-to-market gaps, formulating clear strategies, and delivering high-quality work promptly.
• Cross-functional leadership: successful in influencing product, sales, and marketing teams without direct authority.
• Proactive and quick to act: thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, prioritizing execution over endless iterations.
