This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies, initiating marketing campaigns, enhancing sales efforts, generating thought leadership, analyzing market data, and developing a comprehensive understanding of customers and competitors.
• You will specifically spearhead industry product marketing initiatives to support our commercial teams as they secure 7-figure deals.
• Your responsibilities will include defining Parloa’s overarching market narrative for key sectors, managing the evolution of our industry Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and designing value frameworks and ROI narratives tailored to industry use cases.
• Create engaging content to bolster industry-centric sales campaigns and collaborative marketing with our largest partners, act as the expert for enablement sessions, and steer communication strategies across various audiences and channels.
• Propel our ecosystem’s industry-focused go-to-market strategies by equipping sales and partnership teams with sophisticated use cases and proof points derived from research, while collaborating with our Competitive Intelligence team to inject competitive differentiators.
• Enhance our thought leadership on AI agents and platforms, along with the industries where we excel: source innovative ideas, translate technical concepts into buyer-friendly language, create and/or collaborate on content, and represent us in webinars and at events.
• Drive strategic “big bet” industry initiatives by leading high-stakes cross-functional projects that contribute to our goal of tripling revenue.
• 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing roles, or 8 years of experience collaborating with a Product Marketing Management (PMM) team in related areas such as partner marketing, industry marketing, sales enablement, B2B direct marketing, etc.
• A demonstrated history of supporting enterprise sales teams with engaging storylines, collateral, enablement, and deal assistance.
• Whether presenting on webinars, at company events, or training the entire sales team on new products and initiatives, you have the ability to captivate an audience.
• A blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution. You’ve developed a strategic narrative in conjunction with executive stakeholders and have also produced visually appealing sales collateral from start to finish.
