This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage daily go-to-market messaging across products, launches, and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive, contemporary, and results-driven approach.
• Transform product innovations and customer use cases into engaging narratives for various platforms including email, social media, website, landing pages, and sales materials.
• Oversee comprehensive launch and campaign execution across multiple channels, swiftly transitioning from concept to market.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, leadership, and external agencies to bring campaigns to fruition.
• Establish clear positioning and messaging frameworks for Goodstack’s enterprise and nonprofit offerings.
• Develop and enhance sales enablement resources, customer success stories, and use-case narratives.
• Influence Goodstack’s nonprofit ecosystem positioning and community storytelling in partnership with the Product and Engineering teams.
• Utilize AI tools and workflows to enhance speed, scale, quality, and efficiency in campaign execution within the marketing department.
• 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, content marketing, or strategic marketing roles, preferably within B2B SaaS, impact technology, or AI-focused companies.
• Proven experience in launching products or integrated campaigns at a rapid pace.
• Outstanding storytelling and messaging skills; able to distill complex products into clear, persuasive customer benefits.
• A strong focus on execution: you take ownership of projects from start to finish, navigate multiple workstreams quickly, and pay attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective.
• Experience in building and managing integrated campaigns across email, social media, web, and sales channels.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to consider both enterprise go-to-market strategies and community/ecosystem narratives.
• In-depth knowledge of AI tools and an AI-centric approach to work. You think in systems, act swiftly, and leverage AI as a significant advantage rather than a luxury.
