This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Partnership with Sales and BDR leaders to convert go-to-market priorities into structured, field-ready activation plans that enhance awareness, meetings, and qualified pipeline.
• Lead the planning and execution of field events and webinars, ensuring high-quality delivery, strong attendance, and meaningful engagement with target accounts.
• Activate go-to-market launches and integrated campaigns in the field by coordinating rollouts, customizing messaging, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Manage programs to deliver them on schedule and within budget while upholding high standards for organization, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution and sales engagement.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue-focused go-to-market roles.
• Proven experience collaborating with Sales teams to drive territory-level pipeline growth.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute intricate field events, webinars, and multi-touch programs.
• Strong project management skills and operational rigor; capable of managing multiple events and programs concurrently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill and provide clear, actionable updates for Sales and go-to-market stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems, including Salesforce, webinar platforms, and event tools.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking pipeline contribution, attendance, lead capture, and program ROI.
• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across different functions.
• Bonus: Experience in health tech, healthcare IT, or enterprise SaaS.
