This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Implement go-to-market strategies for new products and business growth, enhancing pipeline generation, win rates, and deal velocity.
• Boost sales results through sales enablement, targeted sales collateral, and internal sales tools that empower sales teams to close deals more quickly and at higher values.
• Take charge of our positioning and messaging framework across different segments and buyer personas, ensuring it remains sharp as we grow.
• Manage the product launch process, including launch tiering, cross-functional coordination, and post-launch evaluation.
• Conduct an ongoing win/loss and competitive intelligence program that provides insights for sales, product development, and positioning.
• Collaborate with the Product team to integrate market and customer insights into roadmap, pricing, and packaging strategies.
• Convert customer advocacy into measurable pipeline through the development of case studies and customer storytelling.
• Work alongside Customer Success on onboarding and ongoing adoption messaging.
• Establish Opus as the category-defining platform within the hospitality and service industry.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce thought leadership material that utilizes industry and proprietary data, positioning Opus as a trusted authority on frontline training.
• Over 7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on B2C segments.
• Profound understanding of B2B sales processes and the requirements for sales teams to achieve success.
• Exceptional storytelling skills combined with intuitive, structured thinking—capable of quickly comprehending complex concepts and translating features into clear, compelling benefits.
• Inquisitive mindset with experience in customer and market research, win/loss analysis, and competitive analysis.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships and effectively manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in using AI tools to source and rigorously validate market and customer intelligence, along with the systems-thinking capability to create processes that maintain our knowledge base as we scale.
