This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Collaborate closely with and instruct Product Managers to articulate product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, encompassing competitive positioning and sales enablement materials.
• Work alongside product management, engineering, and various go-to-market teams to develop resources that assist customers in evaluating and adopting our products: including reference architectures, implementation guides, and comprehensive product information.
• Take ownership of and oversee the launch of new products/features that cater to targeted buyers.
• Conduct both internal and customer research to identify pain points, competition, and opportunities.
• Educate go-to-market and sales teams on how to derive value from our products: clearly outlining product capabilities and the value they deliver, providing training and enablement, and ensuring customer-facing teams can effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
• Manage customer lifecycle campaigns (including competitive positioning, retention, and upsell/cross-sell) to strategically influence marketing initiatives and drive growth throughout the customer journey.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
• Proven experience in marketing and selling to a technical audience.
• A strong enthusiasm for open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure technologies.
• Demonstrated capability to handle complex projects and efficiently manage them from inception to completion.
• Ability to clearly convey the value of technical products to both customers and sellers.
• Experience in leading product or feature launches independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfort in engaging with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders through intricate processes.
• Strong curiosity about products and technology that translates into effective packaging, positioning, and messaging.
• Proven quantitative analytical skills for assessing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Outstanding writing and communication skills.
