This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate closely with and educate Product Managers on defining product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, covering everything from competitive positioning to sales enablement materials.
• Work in partnership with product management, engineering, and various go-to-market teams to develop resources that assist customers in evaluating and adopting our products, including reference architectures, implementation guides, and comprehensive product details.
• Take charge of the launch processes for new products and features that are pertinent to targeted buyers.
• Perform internal and customer research to identify pain points, assess competition, and uncover opportunities.
• Instruct go-to-market and sales teams on how to derive value from our offerings: clearly articulate product capabilities and the benefits they provide, deliver training and enablement, and ensure customer-facing teams can effectively engage with customers, partners, and prospects.
• Manage customer lifecycle campaigns (focusing on competitive positioning, retention, and upsell/cross-sell strategies) to strategically influence marketing initiatives and foster growth throughout the entire customer journey.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or product management.
• Proven experience in marketing and selling to a technical audience.
• A strong enthusiasm for open source, cloud-native, and infrastructure technologies.
• Demonstrated capability to undertake complex projects and drive them efficiently from inception to completion.
• Ability to clearly convey the value of technical products to both customers and sellers.
• Experience in autonomously leading product or feature launches, as well as collaborating within a team.
• Comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in complex processes.
• Strong product and technical curiosity that translates into clear packaging, positioning, and messaging.
• Proven quantitative analytical skills for assessing campaign performance, evaluating lifecycle metrics, and making data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• A high “say-do” ratio when it comes to executing and delivering impactful results.
