This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the designated product area, which includes segmentation, cross-functional collaboration, and both quarterly and annual planning.
• Recognize gaps in user, industry, and competitive knowledge and spearhead research to uncover opportunities.
• Manage product positioning and messaging across various segments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Data & Analytics teams throughout the product development process.
• Integrate customer, competitive, and market insights into roadmap discussions to influence product direction and enhance user experiences.
• Promote feature adoption via marketing channels, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Evaluate go-to-market effectiveness across product launches and adoption campaigns.
• Identify shortcomings and lead ongoing improvements to the strategy and execution.
• Report to the Director of Product Marketing within the Commercial division.
• Over 5 years of product marketing experience in B2C within fast-growing companies.
• Proven experience in taking new products or features from concept to launch (0→1), including positioning, go-to-market strategies, and process development.
• Experience in launching new products, business lines, or customer experiences from initial concept to full adoption.
• Background in consumer subscription products, mobile applications, creator/community platforms, sports technology, or consumer technology sectors.
• Capability to transform user insights, market context, and product vision into effective positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and influencing abilities.
• Skill in building trust and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and establishing structure in dynamic product environments.
• Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing customer insights, experimentation, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Candidates must reside in the United States; the company is not able to hire in AK, DE, HI, IA, LA, MS, MT, OK, or SC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Preferred: Experience in sports technology.
• Bonus: In-depth knowledge of basketball.
