This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop a comprehensive B2B product adoption strategy for Acrobat Studio and Acrobat Express.
• Analyze user journeys starting from initial intent to subsequent, higher-value tasks and repeated usage.
• Recognize friction points and unmet needs throughout product and customer interactions.
• Create hypotheses, success metrics, and leading indicators to monitor adoption and value realization.
• Leverage qualitative research, behavioral data, segmentation, experimentation, and customer feedback to derive growth insights.
• Identify segments with high potential, associated behaviors, and product adjacencies.
• Construct and direct a test-and-learn agenda encompassing Product, PLG, Lifecycle, Analytics, and Research.
• Shape product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and guide significant product investments.
• Establish the messaging framework and value propositions for Acrobat’s AI-driven features.
• Guarantee uniform contextual messaging and calls to action across product, lifecycle, campaigns, and customer experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional senior teams around adoption opportunities, priorities, and success metrics.
• Create frameworks, insights, and procedures to further the product adoption strategy across Acrobat.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Product Management, or a related domain.
• Extensive experience in B2B SaaS or productivity software.
• Proven history of defining and implementing product adoption, engagement, or growth strategies for complex products with multiple applications.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to transform qualitative and quantitative insights into product and go-to-market strategies.
• Knowledge of product-led growth, lifecycle journeys, experimentation, segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
• Capability to influence product roadmaps and senior team members without direct authority.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills and a robust execution focus.
• Excellent storytelling and communication abilities.
• Experience in navigating highly matrixed organizations and aligning diverse teams towards shared goals.
• Interest in AI and a clear perspective on the influence of generative AI on knowledge work, collaboration, and business productivity.
• BA/BS degree or 10+ years of Marketing experience or equivalent practical background.
• Base salary ranging from $145,400 to $261,150 annually.
• Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) for short-term incentives.
