Senior Product Marketing Manager – Recruitment Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product positioning for Recruitment Cloud.

• Design go-to-market strategies that foster growth and enhance client retention.

• Bring the product narrative to life with buyer-centric messaging, blog articles, customer and sales presentations, web content, and various other customer-facing materials.

• Act as a product subject matter expert by collaborating with customers and Sales to comprehend their needs and requirements.

• Develop solution content such as customer presentations, sales enablement resources, product videos, and website copy.

• Inform internal and external stakeholders about product features and advantages.

• Deliver presentations and engage in discussions both internally and externally to advocate for the product narrative.

• Conduct competitive analysis and establish competitive positioning.

• Empower Sales, Solution Consulting, Marketing, and Product teams.

• Collaborate with Product to grasp strategy and roadmap, providing market insights, customer feedback, and go-to-market perspectives.

• Partner with Marketing to spearhead campaigns, webinars, digital marketing initiatives, account-based marketing, and additional programs.

• Promote the adoption of new innovations among existing clients to maximize their value with Bullhorn.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS technology, including business models, market dynamics, and pricing strategies.

• Capability to independently oversee projects and manage expectations across functions to achieve results.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in presenting to and collaborating with senior-level executives both internally and externally.

• Strong commercial insight and the ability to assist sales teams with intricate deal cycles.

• Proficient in crafting compelling narratives using words, images, and video.

• Knowledge of how to produce content that captivates an audience.

• Detail-oriented and focused on processes.

• Skilled in data-driven decision-making.

• Familiarity with a CRM, reporting, analytics, or Business Intelligence solutions is a plus.

• Experience in the recruitment/staffing sector is advantageous.

• Experience working with solutions on the Salesforce platform is a plus.
