This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of product positioning and messaging — shaping how we present our offerings across all channels and materials, including sales presentations, product demos, the website, blogs, and changelogs.
• Contribute to and refine Dash0's overall messaging framework as a member of the Product Marketing & Developer Relations team.
• Integrate into the product team. Engage in product discussions, roadmap planning, and customer meetings to stay informed about upcoming developments and influence communication strategies.
• Develop and sustain comprehensive competitive intelligence. Grasp how competitors position and message themselves, identify our differentiators, and articulate these distinctions clearly and effectively.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches — encompassing messaging and positioning, enablement resources, and launch execution for new products and significant feature updates.
• Innovate. Explore new methods to convey product value, experiment with unconventional formats, and iterate rapidly.
• Manage and report on product marketing KPIs — including win rates, content engagement, launch adoption, and pipeline influence.
• Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, demonstrating senior-level ownership and strategic impact.
• Experience in or a genuine enthusiasm for the observability, monitoring, or broader DevOps/infrastructure domain. You possess a solid understanding of — or are keen to learn deeply about — the buyer, the ecosystem, and the competitive landscape.
• Startup experience or an entrepreneurial mindset. You excel in environments where you create the playbook rather than merely follow it — and you embrace ambiguity instead of being hindered by it.
• Proven ability to produce and manage a diverse range of assets: websites, blogs, changelogs, sales presentations, pitch materials, and product demos.
• Strong skills in competitive analysis — you know how to analyze competitor positioning and convert it into actionable differentiation.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills. You can distill complex technical concepts into clear and engaging narratives for both technical and business audiences.
• Data-driven approach. You establish success metrics for your initiatives and employ data to refine what succeeds and what doesn’t.
• Competitive salary and substantial equity participation — you'll have a stake in what you're creating.
• Flexible, remote-first work culture with offices located in New York, Amsterdam, and Munich.
• €60/month allowance for phone and internet expenses.
• Benefits tailored to specific locations.
• A collaborative and fast-paced team culture with a focus on building.
• Clear opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
• Direct access to founders and leadership.
