This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product marketing roadmap by identifying opportunities for innovation, renovation, and growth within oral care categories.
• Convert consumer insights, behavioral data, and market trends into practical product opportunities.
• Create product briefs, business cases, and financial models to support new product launches and portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D to guide concept validation through voice-of-customer research, testing, and iteration.
• Ensure all innovations align with Larineco’s brand positioning, subscription model, and long-term growth strategy.
• Establish clear, differentiated product positioning, claims, and value propositions.
• Oversee the development of messaging frameworks, naming, and storytelling across the product portfolio.
• Create and maintain a centralized library of product assets, including copy sheets, FAQs, claims, and sales materials.
• Ensure the consistency and adaptability of product narratives across all channels such as site, email, paid media, social, and PR.
• Work with Brand and Creative teams to present product stories in an engaging, customer-centric manner.
• Lead the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches, category expansions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Develop integrated, cross-channel launch plans that encompass eCommerce, lifecycle, paid media, organic, influencer, and PR.
• Create seasonal GTM toolkits, which include product briefs, line narratives, trend points of view, hero product strategies, and channel-specific messaging.
• Own and manage the GTM calendar, ensuring alignment among Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams.
• Monitor launch performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights.
• Lead customer research initiatives to identify needs, motivations, and barriers.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and category tracking.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear, actionable insights.
• Serve as the voice of the customer across product, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to generate educational and conversion-focused content for landing pages, product detail pages, email and lifecycle campaigns, and blog and SEO content.
• Ensure all content aligns with product messaging and brand voice.
• Assist in translating complex oral care science into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Work with Customer Experience teams to collect feedback and enhance products.
• Support influencer, community, and ambassador programs to amplify product storytelling.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to product launches and lifecycle performance.
• Compile regular reports on product performance, campaign effectiveness, ROI, and revenue impact.
• Utilize insights to continuously refine product strategy, messaging, and GTM execution.
• Analyze product-level performance to identify opportunities for optimizing pricing, bundling, merchandising, and lifecycle strategies.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and Growth teams to enhance conversion rates, average order value (AOV), subscription retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Support merchandising strategies across digital storefronts and subscription flows.
• Serve as the central connector among Product, R&D, Brand, Growth, and Operations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
• Present product strategies, insights, and performance updates to leadership.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or category management, preferably in DTC, subscription, or CPG.
• Strong experience in product launches, positioning, and lifecycle management.
• Profound understanding of consumer behavior, retention, and subscription models.
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record of using data to inform decisions.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, creative, and growth teams.
• Ability to function both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
