Digital Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• As a leader in protection plans, you will define and support the delivery and lifecycle management of your product.

• Work collaboratively with operations, customer experience, partner management, and technology to address integration challenges.

• Contribute to the strategic vision, roadmap, and backlog for the product.

• Collaborate with engineering and global product teams to enhance solution design.

• Establish key results to drive business success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a product manager in a technology development setting.

• Proven track record of driving measurable business or product outcomes through iterative and incremental methods.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

• Candidates must be based in the Eastern Standard Time zone (EST).

• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or workflows for partner onboarding.

• Understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI.

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in project management is preferred.
