Senior Product Manager – Media Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the Engine: Lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for our Media Planning Module.

• Address Complexity: Convert the intricacies of retail-local advertising into scalable software logic.

• Collaborate with Data Science: Establish precision metrics, assess allocation logic, and specify model enhancements. You will work closely with engineers and data scientists to fine-tune our proprietary algorithms.

• Propel Operational Excellence: Focus intently on how our Media Experts utilize the tool to minimize friction and enhance the quality of automated media planning.

• Connect Business & Tech: Keep a comprehensive perspective on how planning inputs affect business outcomes while ensuring the technical feasibility and integrity of the underlying models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in SaaS AdTech or MarTech, concentrating on planning or media tools.

• You have a deep understanding of media planning concepts (reach/frequency, geographic budget allocation, demographic targeting, and media mix).

• You have experience with planning software or equivalent solutions. You clearly recognize where current industry tools excel and where they are lacking.

• You are at ease working with complex, algorithm-driven products. You can engage in technical discussions about model inputs/outputs without needing to code them yourself.

• You are driven by the goal of building high-performance internal tools. You thrive in settings where the 'customer' is your internal team, and the 'product' is operational efficiency and intelligence.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of German is a considerable advantage.
