Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive development of our AI platform and customer interactions, from the initial planning phase to final implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers to formulate prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and safety measures—ensuring a balance between latency, cost, and accuracy.

• Act as the technical intermediary between engineering teams and the wider organization, promoting AI best practices and platform standards.

• Foster continuous enhancement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through methodical experimentation.

• Collaborate with partners at OpenAI to assess and implement the upcoming generation of voice models and workflow automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical position such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or a comparable role.

• A strong passion and inquisitiveness for AI systems, including modern LLMs, among others.

• Proven ability to transform complex, strategic concepts into scalable, production-quality products.

• Proficient in SQL and comfortable analyzing data to address inquiries and validate assumptions.
