Senior Product Manager – Workflow Extended

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of marketplace and integration verticals, which may include CRMs, Forms, Email Systems, or Contact Platforms from start to finish.

• Analyze third-party API documentation and establish integration configurations.

• Actively identify missing components within the workflow framework.

• Ensure that integrations are effectively utilized by enhancing the quality of triggers and actions.

• Enhance the reliability, success rates, and consistency of integrations.

• Collaborate with documentation and AI teams to create high-quality support content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS or automation platforms.

• A demonstrated history of delivering complex, user-facing features in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, customer-centric product platforms.

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is an advantage.

• Strong grasp of API concepts, including OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, and data modeling.

• A solid analytical mindset to interpret activation funnels, adoption trends, and execution reliability.
