This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop a comprehensive long-term strategy for HighLevel's Website Builder, Funnel Builder, and Tracking Events.
• Ensure the roadmap aligns with customer requirements, business objectives, and emerging trends in web development and analytics.
• Oversee the discovery, research, requirements gathering, prioritization, execution, and iteration related to all builder and analytics functionalities.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze behavioral data, pinpoint user pain points, and transform insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Establish event taxonomy, enhance tracking systems, and advance analytics dashboards to enable users to comprehend traffic, conversions, and on-page behavior.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and support teams to facilitate execution, enhance user activation, and deliver high-quality features on time.
• Enhance aspects such as speed, templates, design flexibility, mobile responsiveness, AI-assisted features, media management, and plugin/widget capabilities for funnels and websites.
• Present product strategies, progress, and updates while serving as a subject matter expert on builder and analytics functionalities for internal teams and clients.
• Define and track product metrics such as adoption, activation, conversion events, performance, and engagement. Leverage data to identify opportunities and validate outcomes.
• Develop solutions that assist agencies in scaling—including bulk actions, reusable components, collaborative capabilities, white-label optimizations, and AI-powered enhancements.
• 5–6 years of experience in Product Management within SaaS, website builders, marketing technology, analytics platforms, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of website creation tools, funnel builders, conversion optimization, and digital marketing processes.
• Experience in developing LLM-based or AI-driven products and knowledge of evaluation frameworks, monitoring, or instrumentation.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics, or telemetry.
• Strong understanding of UX and front-end principles.
• Knowledge of user behavior tracking methods (clicks, scrolls, heatmaps, form submissions, media events, etc.).
• Strong UI/UX sensibilities with an ability to work closely with designers.
• Experience in collaborating with engineering teams on complex frontend and backend product developments.
• Exposure to or interest in AI-driven workflows, LLM-powered assistants, and generative UI systems.
• Proven capability to drive strategy, prioritize effectively, and take ownership to deliver results.
