Field Marketing & Events Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a premier events calendar, ranging from intimate executive roundtables to significant international security summits.

• Manage all logistics from start to finish, encompassing global vendor management, booth production, and on-site execution.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure all global engagements are recorded, monitored, and transformed into a quantifiable pipeline.

• Convert event data into actionable business insights, continuously refining our global strategy based on market developments and performance metrics.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows and craft personalized experiences for participants.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or event management, with a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity sector.

• Prior experience overseeing participation at major industry conferences such as RSA or Identiverse.

• Demonstrated success in executing impactful events across various regions (US, EMEA, etc.) and managing international vendors.

• You are a proactive individual who also thinks strategically.

• You recognize that an event’s effectiveness is gauged by the quality of the pipeline it generates, not merely the number of attendees.

• You are inquisitive about and comfortable utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or meeting assistants).

• You can confidently engage with CISOs and executives, representing Oasis with assurance and clarity.

• Keen to take initiative, demonstrate your influence, and develop alongside a rapidly growing startup.
